Note that claims must be submitted within sixty (60) days of your QuickTax filing date and no later than 5/31/10. Audit Defence, QuickTax Free, QuickTax Student (Free), QuickTax Business Incorporated and technical support fees are excluded. This guarantee cannot be combined with the QuickTax Satisfaction (Easy) Guarantee.

QuickTax is designed to be easy and accurate. That's why we guarantee 100% accuracy in all QuickTax calculations. In fact we're so convinced about the accuracy of QuickTax calculations, that if you do pay a penalty or interest because of a QuickTax calculation error, we will reimburse you the penalty and interest.

• If you made your purchase at a retailer: Try QuickTax software. If you're not satisfied with QuickTax software, return it within 60 days of purchase with your dated receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
• If you made your purchase directly from Intuit (for QuickTax CD or download products): If you're not satisfied with QuickTax software, return it within 60 days of shipment with your dated receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling).

QuickTax Online
You can use QuickTax Online for free up to the point that you decide to print or electronically file your tax return (with NETFILE³). That way, you can see what we're all about before investing your payment.
